We have no internet and our act was just charged for new billing cycle three days ago. Pls help! There's no way we've used all that data.

Robin, many things can use data when devices are connected but no one is actively using the device. If you would like a review of your usage, please send your account and contact information to exedelistens@viasat.com and, request a usage review.

The most common reasons for that sort of usage are automatic updates, especially if you have Windows 10 or connect mobile devices.
