loss of service

we have been losing service here in central illinois every evening ..sometimes lasting for hours.. we just receive a no connection screen

Hi Randy,

While outages are something that can happen, a nightly drop of service sounds like a possible issue. First if you are on a Liberty plan and have entered Liberty Pass, during prime/peak hours in the evenings you do drop below 1mbps so it could potentially cause your connections to time out or pages to not load. If that's not the case please call us at 855-463-9333 or email us at exedelistens@viasat.com and we'll take a look into it for you.

Us too through out the day at intervals..this continues ALL DAY EVERY DAY Sometimes for a few minutes sometimes for hours! Called several time always get told something else!
just saw on the news that Comcast is being sued for mega millions by Washington State for similar issues. Hope Exede sees that and decides it's cheer to give customers what they pay for!
