We finally got service after paying 2 months bills-no credits still

After having our internet connected, we didnt have internet for over a month due to problems, i was told we would get our services credited back to us, after the bill was taken from my account the second time, i called again and was told the credit would be applied over 2 weeks ago, it still hasnt been put on our account- i finally had a tech get us up and running for the first time yesterday.-thank you for giving us the internet that we thought we would have in the first place. Can you please get our credits applied to our account before yet another bill is taken from our account?
