we don't have this account anymore don't take any amount of money out of our checking account

You can change your payment option on-line...just enter your new account or credit/debit card info...but you can't keep Exede without a valid method for them to automatically make charges each month...

If you can't log in to account managment (your usage page) email your information to or, call customer service at 855-463-9333.

The account management page has been having technical issues for a couple of days, so you may need to use email or the phone to contact them. This is a public forum so, don't post any account or financial information here.
