Trouble with data usage

It's been 3 days into our month data plan of 10 g and our plan shows we have already used 5.5g . We used to never go over our plan in a month. This is highway robbery! We will be canceling our service ASAP. We will also tell anyone we know to never use excede for their internet provider! Better Business Bureau needs to look into your poor service! Very unhappy customer!
