We are over our data plan but even after purchasing an add'l 1GB we are still unable to get service. What do I need to do to get service?

We have exceeded our data plan but even after purchasing an additional 1GB we are still unable to get service. What do I need to do to activate the service again?

i hope  u have better luck than me.   i have called, emailed and blogged.  if anyone actually even responds (emails ignored, and 3 or 4 times been told i would receive a call back which never happens), and i have battled this for many many months.  i just get a different story every time with no actual solution.  i have come to believe that  some of this at least is purposeful

Once again we are without service! Why bother paying for additional GBs if you still are restricting service?

Theresa, Unplug your modem and router and plug back in and wait for it to reset and that may fix it

I received yet another email that I have exceeded my usage and data is restricted. I have NOT exceeded the additionsl 3G I have on my plan

Well all I know to tell you is to contact exede and they can go over what your data is being used on and hopefully fix your problem!
