We have exceeded our data plan but even after purchasing an additional 1GB we are still unable to get service. What do I need to do to activate the service again?
i hope u have better luck than me. i have called, emailed and blogged. if anyone actually even responds (emails ignored, and 3 or 4 times been told i would receive a call back which never happens), and i have battled this for many many months. i just get a different story every time with no actual solution. i have come to believe that some of this at least is purposeful
