Warnings for running low on data

Back when I had a lower plan, it warned me when I hit 70% and 90% of my usage. I really liked that. I like the Liberty Plan, but it still would be good to have a warning. I have a pile of internet work to do and it will be uncertain now - there are things I could have skipped if I'd known. (Yes, I know I can check, but that's a hassle.)

You should get an email at 70% used. You can also use EasyChat or SMS (Text) messaging to get alerts. For a no need to check method I would recommend SMS. Just text JOIN to 20715 and follow the brief instructions it will give you to register for alerts.

If you prefer, you can find Exede EasyChat on Facebook Messenger and use that.

Well, I'm not getting an email at 70% used. And I don't want text messaging. Nor do I want FB. I want my email, that you think I'm already getting, that I used to get.
Customer Support (on chat) didn't claim that I was already getting one, they suggested posting here.
But thank you for the thought. All I want is what you think I have.

Shodo, if you continue not receiving Usage emails, pleas contact Customer Care as in my post above. They will look into it and, get it sorted for you.

Thanks, I'll talk to them again. Odd that Customer Care didn't offer to fix it when I raised the problem.

If calling isn't getting the issue resolved, email your account and contact information as well as your problem to exedelistens@viasat.com - that email goes to the Moderators here, to Denver Corporate offices and, sometimes that's what it takes to get someone to really dig into a problem that isn't one the phone support folks encounter very often.

For those on the Liberty plans, like Shodo Spring recently changed to, the is no 70% warning email. Once the 100% of the priority data is reached, the email is sent that alerts the user that they are now on the Liberty Pass.

Yeah, that's what they tell me. Does that mean that Corporate offices won't help? I asked the chat person to file my complaint, because there's no reason not to warn us.
