Here in southern illinois we cancelled the easy care. After 3 weeks of going above and beyond on our end running speeds of .03 to .97 tbey day is due to high traffic 24 hours a day. Will not and a tech out either. Problem unresolved and found out tech support was not even keeping note. Worthless customer service .

Considering the inclusion of the "If Viasat, in its sole discretion..." qualifier in most of the EasyCare terms of service, I'm only surprised this complaint isn't made more frequently - but perhaps Viasat is now taking a harder line.

How are you on data? While a service call cannot fix network traffic (which would explain why a service call wouldn't be set up) if you're seeing these speeds ALL the time there's most likely something like going past your data at play. Outside of peak hours you shouldn't have this problem if you're good on data usage. Either way email us at viasatlistens@viasat.com

Jeremy, what plan are you on? How much data does the Viasat dahsboard show that you've used this cycle? The reason I ask is that it sounds like you are on a Classic plan and on those plans your data limit ends at a brick wall.
