Want to discontinue service

I have sent letters to the CEO with no response. I have called up and complained with no help what's so ever, I am getting no support at all when it comes to this terrible service. I do not want this in my home any longer and want someone I can talk to to help me out. This is noted OR SUPPOSE to be noted on my account. There has now been over $180 taken from my account and I have not and will not use the service. DISCONNECT ME!!Justin Polzin [ Removed personal information]

Same here, i asked for an escalation and the "corporate social media team" told me they were as high as i was going to get at Exede.  I've asked about their arbitration procedures, asked for my sales call to be review(they refuse to address the lies told on the sales call) and several other things with no explanation.  Their response, correction non response to customer issues is pretty appalling.

Has anyone been able to resolve your dissatisfaction? If so how did you get it done. According to their website you can send a letter to management/cry and an answer would be returned soon....not quite sure what soon entails to these people. Totally never going to recommend.

This is absolute bull....I was totally misled when I had the sales conversation. Then I spoke with a customer service rep, I spoke with their supervisor, I spoke with another supervisor and I have sent letters to the CEO "or so the site claims". Thanks for doing one small part by removing my personal information. BUT HOW ABOUT GRANTING MY WISHES OF GETTING RIS OF THIS TERRIBLE SERVUCE WITH THE MONEY ALREADY TAKEN FROM ME AND CALL IT ENOUGH. 180 is more than enough money taken from me when I did NOT even use the service except for a couple days to find out how bad itSUCKS!!! How bout answering that one.

Justin I understand the frustration but if you want to end your service with us you MUST call in. As stated before, this site is in no way tied to your account (other than a name I won't know who you are to locate your account), it's a very public site so personal account matters such as this will not be discussed here and due to the legal disclosures and equipment return process, we only allow disconnections of service over the phone. Please call 855-463-9333 and we can handle this for you.
