Waiting for refund

worst company ever!! i have been given the run around for months now about where my refund is. it was cancelled, never approved, itll take 5-7 days for it..never got it, now its going to take 7-14 days for it..we shall see! i have had to call this company every single month for the past 5 months to fix something that they messed up. tired of wasting my time with this company! getting ready to call it quits!! i will NEVER refer them to ANYONE!!

Hi Stephanie, your description above is exactly my experience.  I've called the customer service number 15 times in the past 6 months in the attempt to get a refund—I'm owed around $300.
Each time I'm told they will process the refund and that it should take 5-7 business days.

This has not happened.

In addition, there is an obvious and strategic stop/gap at the call centers to push back on attempts to escalate any issues.  They don't have access to any specific contact at corporate and they claim all they can do is enter requests into the system.

I thought I'd share with you what I plan to do from here to escalate this:
--First, I've started to record each conversation for my records and going to report Excede Internet to the Better Business Bureau.

--Posting these complaints directly on their Facebook page can also help escalate the issue.
