waiting for equipment

I recently changed my plan and was told they were sending me some equipment to help with that. It has not arrived and I'm wondering if it has been lost in the mail. Can you track it or let me know when it is arriving?

If you call, someone should be able to help. Modems have been on back order for up to four weeks according to other posts.

The modems have been on a 4 week back order, but I've heard that they are starting to cut that down.
