Dear Exede Users, All I can add to the situation is comfort that in two years (or end of your contract) you can select another company. I've heard that Exede is testing a new "no-limits" plan that is only currently available to new subscribers. We can ask that we be upgraded to this plan, but when... I do not know. I try to limit my video viewing to after midnight. However, apparently my iPhone is using all my allowed 10 GBs in a few days .. I text only every 2 or 3 days, 2 or 3 texts? Let's hope that Exede DOES mean well and will recognize that in today's world, it is not possible to limit data; it only results in a form of censorship. I'm gathering information in my area (extremely rural) for possible new competing companies coming into play. That will be my option when my contract expires. I'm not sure the correct name of my account (I selected "Exede Internet-Classic" in the categories window.)
