WA state coast, extreme slow speed day 4....

Anyone else having extreme slow speed in WA state? Mine has been almost unusable since 4/22/15. Reported 2x to exede, their response ; the problem is weather related. If I could get a weather siteto load maybe I could find out what area is having horrific storms for 4 days. Here in Blaine the weather is beautiful.....

I too am getting very slow speeds. Has been terrible the last few days and today has been the worst. I am located close to Sedro Woolley. I was told today from Tech. Support that my dish is misaligned and that is why my signal is bad. They said that my signal has been sporadic this last month also. My dish is on a tripod mount on my roof and is rock solid. My house would have had to move to cause that. Now I have to pay a service fee to has someone come out and realign it. Scratching my head on this one.

Thank you for you quick response and credits. I will post the outcome of the service call on Friday. I have great download speeds today and yesterday but upload is almost flat. Weird....!???

Just a follow up to the issues that I had. I did not have to have the service call to fix my service. We were able to resolve this over the phone. There were outages that affected my service per the service tech. I now have full service. I just wish that exede tech service would have told me this. A lot of head banging could have been avoided. Thank you Exede Beau for responding quickly, I do appreciate that.
