I have called several times to customer service my upload is .43 yea point 43 I have worked at home for 2 years with this company and now all of a sudden the upload is very slow. I worked with my IT expert from work and said actually out of the country has better upload then me we have customers all over the world and he worked in Kuwait we did all kinds of speed tests .43 in my VPN is terrible. Never had this problem he said AOL is better than this very slow how come all of a sudden it doesn't work I did all kinds of speed tests. the worst part of this is I had you guys for 2 years figure well maybe I should get the higher package so it would work and it doesn't. Very disappointed when I call customer service they give me the run around called several times last night it was a 12 minute wait I gave my number she called back 45 minutes later someone she got disconnected and never call me back the problem is the upload is very very slow. this has been going on for 3 months. I am going to the better business bureau and report this if this situation doesn't get resolved I have been very patient for 3 months. My work gave me a hot spot and it works fine at home. What a joke this internet is . If I got misspelled words because it is 4 in the morning and I don't have time to spell check got to get ready for work and go in the office since this internet doesn't work and I have a hr commute thanks for screwing me over. Now I am stuck in another 2 year contract should of gotten the hotspot in the beginning would of been cheaper. I am a widow and cant afford a system if it doesn't work.
