Viewing detailed data usage

Very annoyed that I can't view my detailed data usage anymore since you all did away with that beta program. I should be able to view my usage in detail and not have to go through an agent. Please fix this and create another program so that us customers can view exactly how we use our data. This should be our right to do so.

RIGHT ON, Wanda, Just don't hold your breath till EXEDE does anything about your request, they seem to be hell bent on keeping their customers in the dark about anything that go on in their company, except for how to pay them more money for less service..  This is an example of this, at the bottom of tis post  they say not to reply to your post, but still have a reply target on the post, whats up with this??

Wanda, you can collect your data yourself. Then you'll be able to manipulate it and analyze it in any manner you see fit.

Download and use Wireshark (it's free).

While there is nothing wrong with using wireshark, having a detailed data usage meter available from Exede does provide a "second opinion" view of what your network is doing from a source that is completely inaccessible to malware that might get in and corrupt your own network.  Having that second view to compare against what wireshark would show can only help to root out and get rid of malware that might be hiding in your network.  I suspect that this becomes more important the larger the network is.

Wanda,  We really appreciate all who participated in the beta test for eSVT.  We are developing a more robust data usage meter. We anticipate it will be out in December, 2017.
