View Usage Data Page in MyESVT Not Working

When I go to

https://myesvt.exede.net

and click on View Useage Data I just get a blank page. This is the only location that would show me the data over 100% Liberty pass that I have used.  Now there is no way to see the amount of data that I have used.  The main esvt data gauge stopped working a month or so ago and I posted about that but it was never fixed and now the last working page has stopped as well.

Hi Mark, 

If you click that contact mail envelope it'll send us a screenshot of the eSVT program and we can escalate to support to fix this

I did that Brad but the Submit button didnt appear to be working, so I don't think it sent anything.

Thank you because it is the last remaining page where i can see my actual usage. The main eSVT page stopped working a month ago and was never fixed. No point having usage charts that reach 100% and stay there.

The same also happens to me: "View usage data" in eSVT pulls up a blank page.
Also the contact form as suggested by Exede Brad here does not work.

This morning the data page for eSVT does not load at all. I just get the 404 error. It had been working as of two days ago.

Look at the other complaints and see we are ALL getting automated usage days and weeks earlier, showing 70%+  usage..when this has NOT been done in the last 16 months of my service. WHY? They are pushing all on the lowest plan to buy more time I think ...since I am NOT using more of anything, even less now, something is wrong on their side.  NOTHING ever shows WHERE my usage is from any of their buttons, only that 68-70% is gone already, ERLIER each of the last 4 months since they started this.... I do not feel this is accurate and suspect ulterior motives to shove everyone into spending more than the plan they already pay for!

The view usage data page does come up but no data usage is shown.  Also, data usage is missing on the eSvt main page as well.  This problem just appeared today (5 June 2017).
