Viasat will take your money without investigation

I had service with Exede wild blue for 4 years. I moved for a sort while and moved back. I wanted my internet hooked back up so I called and they sent another technician to hook it up. All I recieved was a new Modem . Well without investigation they charged me 200. Bucks because I did not know what a tria was and I did not send it back. Now they say I have 2 Tria’s And will not refund my money. I have the very first one for the first time of getting service. I don’t need 2 Viasat took my money and refuses to give it back. Shady if you ask me. But what I can do is take this to a small claims court, and get it straight that way Thanks again

If you didn't send the TRIA from the first time disconnected a charge would have been filed within 30 days upon cancellation to the payment method on file. If you're at the same location with the same dish and moved back we can override it and fix that charge since you've restarted.
