Viasat Tech Support Making Things So Difficult

More than once over the course of the past 4 months we have called to get our phone fixed because we are having trouble receiving calls. They walk us through the same basic troubleshooting that doesn't work which you see on your website.

The Problem We Have:
When a person calls - we answer - instead of connecting, it goes straight to voice mail for the person who called us. The only solution is to wait for answering machine to pick up and then answer it. We shouldn't have to do this. No one should.

What They Do:
They keep submitting a ticket and saying they will send a new box but it appears fixed on their end so the order always ends up cancelled because they think our box is working.

Funny Thing:
When were on our cell phone, your tech support can call us and we can receive your calls, but we can't receive calls from our friends or family. So it appears to the voice support tech that it is working. Which it is not.

The Solution:
Just send us a new freaking box!!! Why can't they just send us a new box? They make no freaking sense that they are making this so difficult and to keep cancelling these tickets!!!

Viasat customer support sucks. They are not willing to do anything about it. It's not just viasat, it's the industry standard. You can try

Yes, please email us.  In that email, please include every issue you encounter, and every troubleshooting step taken in detail.  The more information we have to work with, the quicker we can find a resolution for you.
