Viasat Surfbeam 2 Dhcp problems after firmware updating

Good evening,
I'm a skydsl user and, starting from november, I got some issue with my Surfbeam 2 4100 modem. At least two times par day, It loss WAN connection with my wireless router and so my intranet stop working.
Firmware is up to date and I suspect the problem is started from this updating. I tried to substitute the modem but the issue returned after this last updating of modem firmware. How can I solve this problem? It seems DHCP stop working after some time.Can anyone help me? My reseller isn't collaborative.

It's really difficult. Call center operators deny any problems on their modem. I don't know how to proceede.
