Viasat says my plan is great! I quit.

I called Viasat to confirm that I can cancel my contract. They passed my call to some guy who reviewed my account and told me what a great plan I have. I told him it sucks. He told me that my plan is awesome. I told him it only works 3 weeks out of the month because my "Unlimited" plan is useless after 100GB. He told me again how great it is. For a second I thought they would tweak my plan because I was threatening to leave. Nope. 

I am now paying twice as much for a different service that has slower speed but NO caps or throttling. I will close my account with Viasat today. Yaaaaah!

Wow, you are unhappy with only getting 100GB a month? Most of us can get by with much lower data limits, but if you need more, it was best that you found another provider that has true unlimited, although it does sound very pricey.
