ViaSat Gateway RG1100 - Voice Issues - QOS Question

I have a ViaSat Gateway RG1100. I use it to connect my cell phone to the tower via the Satellite connection. The problem I am having is that I can hear the caller fine but the caller can't hear me clear. It breaks up. I don't see anyway to prioritize the voice traffic on the router. Can ViaSat prioritize my voice traffic on my connection from their end?

No, the modem does not have the ability prioritize any traffic over another.  I'd like to take a look at your modem and see if anything jumps out at me, ie upload signal strength.

Steve, what state are you in?

New Mexico by any chance?

Did your installer comment on whether you are on a large beam or small beam?
