Whats up with the 200.00 charge to move my dish down to the ground and off the roof? Like we haven't been through enough? Getting a new roof, finally, many months of checking the tarp so it doesn't fly off, cleaning the water damage in our kitchen, lost wages due to school damages. Obviously you don't understand the magnitude of a CAT 3 hurricane . Customer service say's its because it was a long time ago. Really? What a crock! There are places that still have water covering half of the road. Absolutely discusting. What do you have to say for yourselves?

Horrible company ! a bunch of legal thieves is all they are , if you cant get anything else where you live you sholud check into verizon jetpacks if you can get 1 or 2 bars of service ,  much better than satellite and no contracts to sign and alot cheaper to , Its a 3rd option for people whos main options are usually just sat and dial up , worth looking into atleast

While your circumstances are unfortunate and no doubt very frustrating, why would you expect them to send a tech out to do a bunch of work for free?  

I should add that maybe they could/should give you some kind of discount due to your circumstances, but they would still have to charge for it.

The roof came off but the dish stayed on in a Cat 3 hurricane?

Kudos to the installer that pulled that off.

BTW, isnt a service call $95? Where does the $200 come in? Is that to cover the pole mount?
