The viasat app will not run on my MotoG 2nd gen phone, Android version 6.0. I have installed it twice several weeks apart. The splash screen opens and the app stops. Does anyone have any idea how to get this thing to run?

If a person doesn't have an iPhone, that advice doesn't help much :).

It is working on my Samsung S7 with Android 7.0.
Check your memory space.

Memory is not the problem, the app would not install and the OS would report not enough space.

Then your phone has an inferior amount of memory or you have it filled up with other stuff.  "Not enough space" is a rather obvious reason for an app not being installed or able to run but you're stuck on "memory is not the problem" and your phone disagrees with you.
