I have seen several older posts regarding the launch of VS-2 service. Right now if I go to the Viasat website and plug in my zipcode, it says there a variety of plans available to me (currently have Exede Silver-25 unlimited). However, if I login to my account, there are none. If and when VS-2 service is available will Exede\Viasat contact customers and arrange for new equipment, or must the customer initiate the process? As I unterstand it, a new modem and realigment of the dish is required for the new satellite.
