Customer service is terrible. Tech's don't know much. Have tried for over a week to get service to no avail. When you call them, they put you on hold and it goes to the survey and then it hangs up on you. I have talked to 7 techs in the past week and none have called me back, none have done anything but the regular "trouble shooting" and I have done All of it, I have even changed cables, changed computers, rebooted at-least 50 times to No avail. I cannot acess the internet most of the day and only have a short window, but none of the techs know anything but follow the script and they are not helpful other than saying the canned response of I am sorry you are having these difficulties. I have posted on social media and fb how bad via sat's customer service is and how badly they don't want to send a tech out.
