Search Results: How fast can I return the product It has never worked once. And I ask you not to put anything on my credit card that I will pay it Now that I am very upset the best thing to do is find out where to return the equipment and to stop payment immediately

Carolyn, Email, explain the issue and advise them of what you're asking for. They are responsive, it might not be instantaneous, but you will receive a reply within a day or two.

Or call 855-463-9333, tell them you want to cancel, Listen to their attempt to keep you as a customer or just cancel, and then you should send you out a self addressed box to return the equipment.

To cancel you really do need to call them as Ron notes above.

Just out of curiosity was it working when the installer left and have you ever called Viasat to have someone to come out and fix whatever is wrong?
