Only getting 4-6mb/s for the entire first month of service... made multiple calls and get the run around and lied to. Been told we were gonna get called back several times and it’s never happened. Planning to file a complaint with BBB
Robert, There are many reasons for slow speed. - Due to the nature of satellite-based internet service, there are many variables that can affect speeds, including, weather, at Viasat’s facilities or at the customer’s home, network congestion, a misconfigured home network or outdated computer equipment and software. Because of these variables, Viasat cannot guarantee any particular speed. ViaSat discloses at the point of sale and in its Customer Agreement that speeds may vary and are not guaranteed.
