Very Poor Company

After nearly a year of spotty internet working one day and not the next before finally going out completely I call yet again for service. Tech shows up and says "Oh the original installer did not crimp the connections allowing water to get in and corrode the lines. This is after I am made to feel that its faulty equipment and I will have to pay service call and equipment replacement. No mention of the time we have went without internet and any credit for such. Very unhappy with this company and sincerely considering paying the early termination fee and going to someone else. Very poor customer service and lack of concern for issues!

Hello Charles, if the equipment fails it is not charged to the customer. There may be a service call fee. Send an email to if you would like us to look into this for you.
