I still think it was throttling available speed rather than just cutting it to 1 Mbps on video.

I'll try this speed test again during prime time.At about 9 PM yesterday, 3.2 mbps down, Fast was 1.0.

About midnight on the 13th. Here is where I am at...
Download :: 381 kbps
So with speeds that bad on priority data, would being throttled really be much different? I might as well use all the data I can. While not an unlimited plan, wasn't the hard cap suppose to be 225kbps?

Yea. Don't think I am going to start jumping up and down for that. But it is 100% better than what I saw a week ago.
