Trouble with Apple products

I have an Apple IPhone V and IPad and get a full power signal on both devices, however I cannot browse on either device and cannot make wi FYI phone calls. I need o have access to the internet and phone at all times.

I too have Sprint, and iPad and, and iPhone 7, two iPhones in my home actually. Wifi calling with Sprint and iPhones does NOT work over Excede. The latency is too high - I tried that and even an Air Rave but, they do not work on Exede.

If the iPad and Phone are connect to your router, and no settings in the router prevent them form accessing the internet, you should be able to browse the web, update the devices and apps and, get email on the iPad and iPhone.

Check your router settings for any parental controls or other restrictions that may be set and, blocking those devices for reaching the internet. If you see service bars, then you are not connected to the router, make sure wifi is ON on the iPhone and iPad, enter your router password when the phone or iPad asks for it.

If your computer is running fine the issue could be a WiFi/router problem with the iPhone. You might want to browse the apple forums for further assistance
