Unable to connect to multiple sites

I have several issues:
(1) I have not been able to access my Hotmail account for over 4 days using your service. I have access to a neighbor's Time Warner account and can access Hotmail in less than 10 seconds.
(2) Using your service I have not been able to access your home page.
(3) Several times during the past two weeks your service has just dropped for no reason, weather was clear, no clouds, no rain, etc.
(4) A guest was never able to access your system,, although less than 15 feet from the Modem, and resorted to our neighbor's Time Warner service.
(5) For more than a week my wife us unable to access the Internet using your service, again less than 15 feet from the Modem.
(6) When I originally ordered your service I was not informed with regard to the "data cap". I have personally had Internet service for more than 20-years with more that 7 ISPs, both cable and DSL, and I have never encountered a "data cap" with any of these services.

I am VERY unhappy with your Internet service. I need to get these issues resolved or I must cancel service.

Do you have the wifi modem or did you provide your own router?
