I just disconnected my service today and asked to speak to a supervisor but was told by Shauvaghn that one wasn't available, but that I could call back "anytime" to speak to one. For some reason, she was unable to put me through to one, but they apparently are available all the time. Not sure how that works but it is fishy. The customer service is seriously lacking and I am not happy. I will definitely spread the word to stay away from Exede and will be contacting the BBB for the refusal to credit my account for a month I haven't used and another I won't be using.
