Very disappointed

I just disconnected my service today and asked to speak to a supervisor but was told by Shauvaghn that one wasn't available, but that I could call back "anytime" to speak to one. For some reason, she was unable to put me through to one, but they apparently are available all the time. Not sure how that works but it is fishy. The customer service is seriously lacking and I am not happy. I will definitely spread the word to stay away from Exede and will be contacting the BBB for the refusal to credit my account for a month I haven't used and another I won't be using.

Please send us an email to exedelistens@viasat.com. We can review your complaint. Keep in mind that Exede will NOT refund for unused service as this is a subscription (whether the service is used during the month or not is up to the customer but the charge is valid).

 However an exception can be made if you cancelled the day of your bill. Either way we'll review your complaint and address your concerns if you send us an email.
