V2 Modem update last night?

So, I'm away from home... and I lost connectivity with my house at 2:45am EDT this morning (7/3/18).  Can anyone tell me (So I don't worry that my house burned down)... was there an update pushed that is causing some V2 modems to poop their pants?

I tried rebooting the modem via the app and it doesn't work... and since I'm not home, I can't do the usual pull-the-plug-thing.

Thanks,
Worried on Vacation.

I don't think I would ever leave my Viasat modem turned on when going on vacation. Had a bad experience with that several years ago.

There was no update that I am aware of, at least with the VS2 Spock modem.

I have noticed an issue lately where the Spock modem will basically lock up during the night. Unit will be fine when I go to bed and will be stuck in the reboot mode when I get up. Got it plugged into a top of the line UPS...true sine, AVR, etc.
Personally I leave all my equipment plugged in while we're away but I know a lot of folks who unplug everything.

Try reboot through text command.
