Using insert icon in wildblue e Mail

Just posted this question but did not put enough info in title where do I get help all I can get to insert is a Box with a X in it

I use the copy/paste method to insert the item directly into the body of the email before selecting "Send"...try that.

If you have browser plug ins or add ons that block images you will see that x for any image. Security settings can also cause that.

I would suggest you check your settings and, add ons and, plug ins or, have someone who is good with computers do so for you.
