I've got two different monitors set up and both are very close to each other regarding my useage. Exede is WAY off according to both. When my contract was up with Dish I went directly to Exede due to problems that were supposedly the fault of Dish. The problems are worse now. Constant drops, DHCP/DNS issues, slow speeds overall and NOW........... even during the FREE Time I can't connect to my GoDaddy account or other FTP accounts.
There used to be a page I could go to with Exede and it showed my used during the times of the day. I went looking for it tonight to compare and find it has been replaced by a BS gauge that no longer allows me to verify when I was and when I wasn't connected or what I'm getting dinged for.
10 yrs and no issue and now every month? BS. I'm the only one in the house that uses the internet and I do NOT do video anything, movies, games or massive upload/downloads of files.
Either Exede needs to show me via an hourly report of my useage or 2 months in or not I'll go elsewhere. I'm NOT paying for more bandwidth when I know good and well I'm not using what they say I am. If I am then BACK UP YOUR CLAIMS EXEDE with VALID TRANSPARENT REPORTING!
