Used 3G in less than 3 hours? No way.

Got set up on Monday afternoon, on Wed at 12:56, I got a message we had used 70% (i.e., 7Gb) followed by another message at 3:48 on Wed that we had used all 10Gs. Exede needs to help all of us, or we will go somewhere else.

Got you beat; my Excede meter shows I used almost 7 GB in one hour and most of that was "browsing".  No movies or videos watched that night.

yep , there meters of the customers usage are Inaccurate .

So after about a month of reasonable usage (I was gone for 10 days anyway), I bought an additional 5Gs a couple of days ago and that ran out yesterday. I bought 2Gs more this morning a little before noon and now at 3:30, the 2gs are gone too. Glasswire shows that I used 96 Mb all day on my PC Win10. I had checked all other devices and all were off or disconnected from the Net. I only did a few facebook, some gmail, and several times to Exede to watch what was happening. Last time it was the modem. No charges for the 10 days I was gone and the modem was off. What could be going wrong now? I waste more time with Exede than I get pleasure from using it.
