Usage seems high

I am having a hard time understanding why my data usage is so high after only 9 days.  I just received a email from Exede stating that my usage was at least 70% for the month.  I received the same email last month.  I have only had Exede for 2 months.  I had Wildblue before this and never went over my data usage.  By the way, I have the 15GB plan.  I do not watch YouTube.  I might watch 1-2 hours of Netflix, but only between the hours of 12am and 5am. I do not download a bunch of stuff from the internet.  So why is my usage so high so soon?  I don't get it.  If there were other alternatives to internet out there, believe me, I would switch even having to pay the penalty.  Can anybody out there give me any suggestions as to why this is happening?

I am having the same problem, just switched to Exede over a week ago, and have already used over half of my data. I haven't used YouTube, or watched anything on Netflix, but still the usage kept going up. I've reset my wifi password (just in case someone was mooching), and we have all checked our smartphones to make sure our automatic updates (which don't activate until connected to wifi) were turned off. Maybe you could try checking for that?
 I'm still seeing the usage go up too quickly, but changing our phone updates did slow it down a tiny bit. All I've done is check my email, facebook, and do a little bit of online shopping, but I have less than 5Gs left for 21 more days.... Let me know if you find something that works. Thanks!
