Usage Allowance Problems

Account No. 133806589 I recieved an e-mail that stated my account was on data restriction. My service did slow down. My usage snapshot shows that I still have 11 percent of my allowance left. WHATS UP ?????

DId you purchase additional GB?  The data restriction message is based on you plan data cap and does not take into consideration any extra data you purchase.
