I have used wild blue for years and since I've switched to excede I am always @100%of usage before the month is up and my kids were gone for 2 weeks so I know it was just me and I don't stream is there a way to see how my data was used. I'm not satisfied at all with the new service HELP

Hello Belinda, I can certainly understand the frustration not knowing exactly where your data was used for. Please feel free to contact our Customer Care Line at 1-855-463-9333. They would be able to provide you a detailed description of which categories were used and what your monthly data was consumed towards. Thank you

I think as a customer I should be able to see where my data goes on your usage page,, because when I call customer service it takes forever and not everyone has that kind of time like myself. If the webpage can show your used up data why not have it as bars saying where it all went

They are working on changes to the data meter among other things commimg late fall this year. Other option get a computer program like satellite restriction tracker among others out there for your computers to track your usage. Also you can get a router that has data tracking built in like some Asus and the new onehub from Google have.

Belinda: Unplug your modem's ethernet connection when you are not using your computer. It will help with the data bleed. You will get no satisfaction from Customer Care. What ever happened to the data, it is will be your fault. Welcome to the Exede universe.

Thanks DK. If this happens to me again I'm gonna have to find a sevice that doesn't charge as much I'm tired of getting ripped off their website suggested me getting 15GB for what my family uses it's frustrating
