I have used wild blue for years and since I've switched to excede I am always @100%of usage before the month is up and my kids were gone for 2 weeks so I know it was just me and I don't stream is there a way to see how my data was used. I'm not satisfied at all with the new service HELP

They would be able to provide you a detailed description of which categories were used and what your monthly data was consumed towards. Thank you
Belinda: Unplug your modem's ethernet connection when you are not using your computer. It will help with the data bleed. You will get no satisfaction from Customer Care. What ever happened to the data, it is will be your fault. Welcome to the Exede universe.
Thanks DK. If this happens to me again I'm gonna have to find a sevice that doesn't charge as much I'm tired of getting ripped off their website suggested me getting 15GB for what my family uses it's frustrating
