I have used this internet for 3 years because I don't have any choice because of the rural area I live in. Recently I discontinued my service because we were moving and cannot take it with me. I was told I would get my prorated cost credited to my bank account. They owed me 19 days and it would be in my account. Well they lied!!! Called them back to ask why I haven't they credited my bank account ?I was told they didn't do that and the statement was in the contracts which I signed when I first received service. Worst internet ever! If you have a better option don't use this company. SCAM!!!

Exede sells internet service to consumers by the month, not the day.

Don't come here shouting "scam" unless you have something to back that up.  Quote your contract where it says unused portions of a month will be a pro-rated refund.

When you called, they told you how it is in the real world. No scam, just the facts.  For 3 years you bought a month of service, one month at a time.
