Upset that my left over usage is not rolled over to the next bill cycle

I am upset with exede because I had paid for extra usage allowance aside from my regular package and when my usage meter was set back to zero I did not get credited my extra useage that was already paid for ontop of my normal bill. And to make matters worse, my computer had to go in the shop for maintance and I wasn't even online for well over a month (which I am sure you can verify ALL OF MY COMPLAINTS) and now I am still being charged for usage/time that I wasn't even online for. And now I still have over 7 GBs left and only 1 day to use it. So now when you zero out my usage again, I want my 7 GBs credited ontop of my normal 10 GB plan. I am tired of paying for usage that I haven't even gotten to use and haven't been credited back for it! Please straighten this out and/or call me at phone listed on my account. Thank you RC Kennedy

Unfortunately we do not offer a rollover data plan at this time. As this is a subscription service like all subscription services you are paying a monthly fee whether the service is used or not. As for any credits that were offered and not applied we will need you to email us directly at exedelistens@viasat.com and we can fix this for you. I also just purchased an extra data only for 15.00 and it is not available on my phone yet for data and I do not understand why I can NOT go on line yet? My credit card was charged but I have to yet been able to use it? Why is that? :Pleaae help thank you

I think there might be a little confusion here over phone data vs data for Exede. If you purchase data from Exede "Buy More" it contributes to your metered Exede connection/wifi. It does not add to your phone data at all as those are determined by your cellular carrier. Buying Exede data will never show on your phone all your phone will ever see is if you're connected to WiFi (if you're not connecting to your WiFi at home chances are you are using your cellular data instead.) The $15 price sounds a lot like you bought from your cellular provider as our data is typically $9.99/GB
