why am i getting messages in spam to verify my user name and password. I sign in almost every am. Why now do you have to verify my user and password or all accounts will be deleted. I have been a customer for 2 years What is going on.
Hi Bertha, I agree with the forum champions on this post. The type of spam that you’re receiving is not info Exede would request through email, let alone through your spam. What your most likely getting are “phishing emails” which are scams to attempt to acquire sensitive information such as usernames, passwords, and credit card details (and sometimes, indirectly, money), often for malicious reasons. Do not give any information what so ever. If possible, could you please send me what the email stated and possibly the email name it came from? Please send the info to email@example.com. Thank you
