Aloha from Big Island my husband and I have been very disappointed and very upset with excede from day one Internet was very slow and at times didn't work we did everything they asked to get better service buy upto date devices and paying more for faster service, we have been with excede over one year and still very slow and not being able to stream or upload hone work and business documents. .. so now we had to pay close to $200.00 to leave excede and package all the equipment ourselves to send back... I do not recommend to people in volcano
