Upgraded plan but now I have no service.

Hello,

I just upgraded my plan, but no I have no service at all.

It has been about 4 hour and I have powered down the modem and restarted.

1st 3 blues lights are solid, bottom network light is flashing steady not randomly or solid.

If you have a router in the loop then power-cycle it too...modem may be trying to do a DHCP handshake.

No router, modem is going strait to the nic on the computer, which is DHCP.


The two satellite (top lights) are no longer steady either.

There were a few network outages in a few places. During a network outage you can have partial internet access or no internet access at all but your modem will be blue.
