Update billing information - For real?

I received an e-mail from WildBlue (sender tonyw@wildblue.net), asking me to update my billing information. Is this legit? I am worried it's a scam or someone trying to get my financial information.

Here is some of the language in the message. It doesn't sound professional. I am hoping to hear from a wildblue employee about this.

"Due to this effect we are going on Billing Information and identity update to serve you better."

Thank you. It seemed suspicious, but then there have been a lot of strange things happening since the e-mail migration. A bunch of people on my e-mail list received strange e-mails from me (spam or viruses) over the last couple of days. I called wildblue twice on this. Hoping it's secure now.
