I'm growing to despise this customer service. This is officially as bad as the stories I heard about Wild Blue. They play fast and loose with the policies and user agreements. Try to see your usage files. They can tell you what you what you used, but you can't see them. Just dare you to try. Call to get an answer and they send your call back through the computer until you quit trying. Not much better when they answer - Use over your allotment and after paying for up to 25 Mbps - exceedibng150 GB they basically stopped my connection. Slowed to 0.25 Mbps down and 0.67 Mbps Up. Now .25 Mbps is about 165 Kbps. Dial up speeds. I'm paying extra for years to get up to 25 kbps then it gets cut to 0.25 Mbps or 165 Kbps. roughly dialup speeds via Satellite. I still have to pay for the non-existent faster speeds, but get nothing for it. I believe they get enjoyment screwing over people for their own power trip and entertainment.
