Unsatisfactory Service

The wait on your call service is unsatisfactory. I've waited over 45min before hanging-up. The recording keeps repeating, "We are experiencing high call volumes, your wait is over 10 min." My plan type is: Essential 10 - Boost 25 + WiFi, but lately my speeds have been 42Mbps/27Mbps between the Boost 25 hours of 0300-0800. I have unplugged my router several time waiting as long as five min before plugging it back in. No increase in speed. Please resolve.

You must mean 0.45/0.27 Mbps right? Been with exede for a few years now, there is no effective lnfz customer service anyway just shut everything down and reboot, that's all they will tell you anyway.

Unless you're missing decimal points, I don't see a problem.

Do you have easy care? If not, it's well worth the extra $6 a month. With all the issues I've been having the last month and even though they haven't fixed the problem, yet, I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for a CSR.
