The wait on your call service is unsatisfactory. I've waited over 45min before hanging-up. The recording keeps repeating, "We are experiencing high call volumes, your wait is over 10 min." My plan type is: Essential 10 - Boost 25 + WiFi, but lately my speeds have been 42Mbps/27Mbps between the Boost 25 hours of 0300-0800. I have unplugged my router several time waiting as long as five min before plugging it back in. No increase in speed. Please resolve.
