Unhappy with speeds and data allowance

I'm very dissatisfied with you guys company and service. I have been since about a month after installation. You guys are way too overpriced fir the limited amount of usage you allow. This 10gb/mo plan is a complete ripoff. I only get about 2 days of "ok" data usage and then everything else after that is garbage. It makes no sense whatsoever that it took 3 hours to send an email from my computer, days after my data had recycled for the month. ... Not only that, every time I call customer service for Assistance, there's always a rude, nonchalant operator assisting with the call. Last week I called and in the midst of seeking assistance, my call dropped and they did not even bother to call back. What's the point of obtaining customer information if it's not going to be used to resolve issues with you guys' service? I've heard stories of how awful your company was after mentioning starting service with you. I wouldn't dare recommend your business to anyone! It's ridiculous. Not only that, but your employees in customer service do nothing to help. I really hate that I've wasted my money with your company!
