I have been a customer for 3 years. Always had issue with streaming movies on because internet was very slow during evenings. I called to cancel service but was offered a free service call to try to make it better. The service was working when the specialist came during the day and it was working fine after he left. But he decided to change the receiver on the antenna. Now the company charged me the cost of the service call on the pretext that there was a part that was changed. This is not the way to treat customers!
