Unlimited internet is terrible, (it just because available here)more expensive, sucks data, less data than old plans and they tricked me into a new contract after 4 YEARS, by transferring me to the wrong department..not only this, but for Those 4 years my dish was installed wrong the entire time, making them think internet was fine while I'm like why, it constantly went out, the tech told me what was wrong when he came to change dishes, they don't care..anyways, im not sure why they called it unlimited, when I asked about throttling, twice I was told it's unlimited. I'm about to block their payments. I can't move up a tier bc I'm disabled, I can hardly afford this. Go ahead and try to get the cancel fee. I have really had it, we have real unlimited internet here, the speeds were faster through viasat, but now they have lost my business after all this time. I'll take the slower speeds if it means I don't have to question my glasses prescription like when I run out with viasat "unlimited". No one from corporate or anywhere helps, they just keep repeating their **** internet stats..I know, it sucks, I get it and you can't go back, they won't let you. If I would have gone up a tier with the old plan, it would have been less, and twice as many more gigs than with unlimited. I will be leaving reviews everywhere and telling all my neighbors. Anyone else? We just went through a flood, are a disaster area, have FEMA here and I'm dealing with being ripped off by internet on top of it. Hopefully next time it was as away their dish.

They call it unlimited to get suckers to widen their eyes when in actuality it sucks balls.

I only said "****" once, it can be deleted for that if needed. Pissed was an emotion to choose from so I didn't think it was a big deal, they feel the same to me. I already contacted the better business bureau for the contract and customer service so if it needs to be deleted, that is fine, I'm just going to screenshotntonprove it was here so I can send to the executives. Which there is an email for guys.i don't think the word "****" is that bad to comment about esp when it is true, i'm already pretty upset man.

Sorry to hear about your flooding. Best of luck getting some sort of normal restored.

Thank you. My plan with the Bbb is to get me out of the contract I didn't knowing and willingly enter into. I've been with them for 4 years, it is not my fault I got transferred to the wrong dept. You can't put someone under contract when they have no clue it's happening.it did already get me the email to the executive dept, that is a good start for me,
